Brendon Haygood becomes the 16th commit of Missouri’s 2025 class.

After the decommitment of Jamarion Morrow to Texas A&M this afternoon, Eli Drinkwitz and the staff picked up another running back for their 2025 recruiting class on National Signing Day eve.

Three-star running back (four-star via On3) Brendon Haygood has announced his commitment to Missouri on Tuesday night live on his Instagram account.

Haygood, formerly a Boise State commit was on a visit to Mizzou last weekend and chose the Tigers over Texas Tech. He joins Marquise Davis as the other running back in this 2025 class, who Missouri landed on Sunday night.

In his senior season at Sachse High School, Haygood had 151 carries for 1,590 yards with 16 touchdowns in 11 games. He had seven games with 100+ rushing yards.

Haygood was also named MVP of the 9-6A Division helping his team to a 9-2 overall record and an undefeated district season.

With the addition of Brendon Haygood, Missouri’s 2025 recruiting class currently ranks 21st on 247Sports, 27th on Rivals, and 18th via On3.

Welcome to Mizzou, Bredon! M-I-Z!

Haygood produced a wildly successful senior season, and it’s easy to see why as he consistently caused opposing defense to miss a lot of tackles.
