Four-Star Defensive End Anthony Kennedy Jr. becomes the first commitment of Missouri’s 2026 recruiting class.

We’re in the middle of transfer portal season, but that doesn’t stop Mizzou Football in their high school recruiting class.

Today, the Missouri Tigers got their first commitment of their 2026 class. Four-star defensive end Anthony Kennedy Jr. from Little Rock, Arkansas has announced his commitment to Missouri.

Kennedy chose Mizzou in his Top 8 over Tennessee, Georgia, SMU, Texas, Arkansas, Miami, and Texas A&M.

In his junior season at Maumelle High School, Kennedy totaled 23 tackles in 9 games played, helping his team to an 8-4 overall record and 5-2 in conference play.
