It’s the best time of year, College Footballl Bowl Season!

It kicks off today with the Celebration Bowl and finishes January 20th with the National Championship. If you include Army-Navy, that’s 48 football games over the next 38 days. And considering we ony get three games after January 4th, perhaps the better count is 45 games in 22 days. That’s jam packed action nearly every day (we get most Sundays off since even the bowl game gods know better than the challenge the NFL).

Dates to know: The new playoff format is exciting with first round games at home stadiums, and those kick off December 20th. Mizzou plays Iowa in the Music City Bowl on December 30th at 1:30 pm central time. Then the NY6 level bowls spin up for the second round of matchups, the Quarterfinals if you will, on December 31st and the 1st of January. The Semi finals hit January 9th and 10th, then the Championship on January 20th.
